| Return/Replacement Policy: |
| Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem,
contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will work out
the details of items to be returned. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CALLING FIRST! Returned items must be recieved in the same condition as when shipped to you. If items are broken when you recieve them immediately notify UPS. Items shipped UPS are always insured.If you return an item you will recieve a full refund on the product amount, not including shipping and handling AS LONG AS THE PRODUCT IS NOT BROKEN OR DAMAGED. Broken or damaged items will not be refunded at full price. If you break it you will not be given a refund. NOTE: Some Special Orders are not be returnable. Any refund will be for the exact amount of the item returned, not including shipping and handling. You will be responsible for any shipping charges to return an item. |

| General Shipping Info |
| Note that all orders are shipped from my place of work, not
my home studio. Be assured that I am doing my best to fulfill each order in a
timely fashion and will not charge your credit card until the day of shipment.
During peak times, such as holidays, or for large orders, I may require more time. You will be advised of this via email after placing your order. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FOB Duluth, GA (USA). |
| Shipping Charges: |
| Shipping charges vary according to size & weight of
packages. I will do everything possible to provide you with the lowest shipping
charge. You pay only item price plus shipping & handling and sales tax if
required. Because of recent changes by UPS, I can no longer offer Next Day, 2Day or 3Day shipping. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and UPS no longer works this way for faster shipping. They now use dimensional charges rather than weight for each package. So, if your order weighs 2 pounds, but fits into a large box (which is often the case since we try to cushion the items) UPS will charge for 4 pounds or more. There is no way for me to determine what size box something will fit into until I am ready to ship it, especially on multi-item orders. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. |

| Sales tax, for Georgia residents only, is between 4% and 7% depending on the county shipped to. |
| Missing Shipments: |
| On items shipped via UPS we will be happy to trace any missing packages. |
